Allied health services support your physical, mental, and everyday well-being. Our team works with you to improve your health and support your overall quality of life.
Rehabilitation & Mobility
Physiotherapy – Improve strength, mobility, and physical function with personalized treatment plans (available to registered clients)
Occupational Therapy – Get help with everyday activities, independence, and creating safe environments
Counselling
Counselling (Individual & Couples) – Talk to a social worker about stress, anxiety, depression, relationships, housing, or life challenges
Care Navigation – Get connected to community resources or specialized services like the RAAM clinic when needed
